It takes 1-2 days to prepare and ship your order if I have it in stock.

Custom orders might take 7-21 days to prepare, depending on season and demand.

Shipping is available Monday to Friday.

Returns

If the product has quality issues, you have the right to return the item within 14 days of receiving it. Please contact me via Instagram, Whatsapp or email to discuss the issue. Please, be ready to provide photo evidance. After shipping confirmation your money will be refunded to your card. In case of poor quality product, returning shipping costs won´t be applied to you.

Please, note, that custom made orders cannot be returned or exchanged, unless damaged or having quality issues that can be proved.

I make sure to pack your order the best way possible, therefore I don’t take responsability of the damages caused by carrier.
